Order content advertizing on TV via Mobile Phone menu.

Idea is to make some kind of synchronization of TV-box and Mobile Phone, that the subscribers can use for VAS/content ordering some easy menus in Mobile Phone, instead of remembering Charge SMS numbers and codes.
